I am collaborating with the beautiful Albero Capovolto (an intimate, family run bed and breakfast in Northern Sardinia) and a handful of brilliant artists/artisans at my first retreat here in Sardinia, to celebrate the start of Spring & the publication of For the Love of Lemons.
Surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Gallura in bloom, it will be four days of creativity, connection and culinary artistry. Each day and activity will be based around the magic of the botanical world, as we taste unique citrus, visit growers and producers, pick and use edible flowers, create plant dyes and essential oils to make our own perfumes.
